Terms & Conditions

  • The registration amount must be paid in advance to initiate the process.
  • Upon registration with our company, our deployment team will require 7–21 working days to complete the entire process until joining.
  • Service employees are paid monthly, based on work from the 1st to month-end. Payments are due the following month and expected by the 2nd day.
  • We conduct KYC and background verification for all candidates.
  • Police verification is only applicable for Live-In (24×7) requirements.
  • Candidates’ age range is set between 18 to 45 years old.
  • We will screen and shortlist up to 2–3 suitable profiles based on the second party (Client) requirements.
  • If the first candidate is found suitable, we will not provide additional options to save time.
  • The trial period for staff will be two days, not applicable for Live-In requirements.
  • Separate accommodation is mandatory for Live-In requirements to ensure candidate privacy.
  • Travelling charges will be based on actual expenses for candidates deployed from outside the origin cities. An additional ticket will be provided for one of our team members or a family member for the round trip from the candidate’s side.
  • Two monthly offs will be mutually agreed upon.
  • The salary mentioned in the quotation or website is applicable for up to four family members.
  • Salary negotiation depends on the number of family members, workload, and locations.
  • Salaries will differ in metro cities and affluent areas.
  • One-time meal must be provided for day shifts (Non-Live-In Requirement).
  • Toilet cleaning will not be done by the candidates. Special cases in Live-In requirements will be considered, but clarification is needed before registration.
  • The service contract will be valid for one year from the date of deployment.
