Blinkcook is a domestic staffing sourcing and matching assistance platform connecting customers with cooks, maids, babysitters, caretakers, home nurses, and related household staff.
1. Nature of Service
Blinkcook provides:
candidate sourcing,
profile screening,
operational coordination,
interview/trial arrangement,
and candidate matching assistance.
Blinkcook does NOT guarantee:
immediate placement,
candidate acceptance,
joining confirmation,
uninterrupted continuation,
long-term retention,
or successful employment finalization.
Final hiring decisions are based on:
customer preferences,
candidate willingness,
salary feasibility,
locality,
workload,
timing,
and operational availability.
2. Registration & Service Activation
Registration/payment must be completed in advance before sourcing begins.
Service validity generally ranges between 7–21 working days unless otherwise specified under a subscribed plan.
Service shall be considered activated once:
payment is confirmed,
requirement is confirmed,
and operational sourcing activities begin.
3. Operational & Sourcing Services
Operational services may include:
RM assignment,
candidate outreach,
sourcing,
profile coordination,
interview scheduling,
trial coordination,
and follow-up support.
Operational services shall be deemed rendered once sourcing or coordination activities commence.
4. Candidate Screening & Verification
Blinkcook may conduct:
basic KYC verification,
profile screening,
and operational checks
on a best-effort basis.
Police verification is generally applicable only for Live-In (24×7) requirements unless otherwise specified.
Blinkcook does not independently guarantee:
candidate background accuracy,
police records,
medical fitness,
or personal conduct.
Customers are advised to independently verify:
identity,
references,
police verification,
and suitability before final hiring.
5. Candidate Age Range
Standard candidate age range:
18–55 years
Availability may vary depending on:
location,
work type,
experience,
and market conditions.
6. Candidate Shortlisting
Blinkcook may screen and coordinate a limited number of suitable profiles based on:
customer requirements,
market availability,
salary feasibility,
and operational practicality.
Generally:
2–3 shortlisted profiles may be coordinated during the active service timeline.
If a candidate is shortlisted, trialed, selected, or found operationally suitable, additional profiles may not be provided immediately.
7. Requirement Confirmation & Revisions
Requirements confirmed during onboarding shall be treated as the active sourcing requirement.
Major changes after sourcing begins, including:
salary revisions,
work scope changes,
timing revisions,
locality restrictions,
staffing preference changes,
or additional responsibilities,
may:affect matching timelines,
reduce candidate availability,
require revised sourcing,
and impact refund eligibility.

Standard Maid Duties
Sweeping
Mopping
Dusting
Utensil cleaning
Basic household cleaning
Standard Cook Duties
Meal preparation
Basic kitchen cleaning
Routine cooking assistance
The following shall be considered additional or non-standard duties unless pre-declared:
construction-related assistance,
helper/boy duties,
material transport,
heavy lifting,
outdoor errands,
commercial cleaning,
or specialized assistance work.
Additional duties may increase:
salary expectations,
sourcing timelines,
and operational complexity.
9. Trial Policy
Trial periods, where applicable, are generally limited to up to 2 days.
Trial policy may vary depending on:
work type,
city,
and operational feasibility.
Trial is generally not applicable for Live-In requirements unless mutually agreed.
Completion of trial does not guarantee:
permanent continuation,
replacement,
or long-term compatibility.
10. Live-In Requirements
For Live-In (24×7) requirements:
separate accommodation or sleeping arrangement must be provided,
reasonable privacy and hygienic living conditions must be ensured.
Travel expenses for outstation deployment, if applicable, may be charged additionally based on actual operational expenses.
11. Salary & Work Conditions
Salary depends on:
city,
locality,
workload,
number of family members,
timing,
accommodation,
market conditions,
and candidate experience.
Salary ranges mentioned on the website or quotation are indicative only and may vary operationally.
Customers are expected to provide:
reasonable work conditions,
timely salary payment,
safe working environment,
and agreed facilities.
One meal should preferably be provided for long-duration day shifts.
12. Weekly Offs & Holidays
Weekly offs, leave structure, and holidays shall be mutually discussed between:
customer,
and candidate.
Blinkcook shall not be responsible for disputes arising from:
leave disagreements,
salary disputes,
workload disputes,
or interpersonal conflicts after joining.
13. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree:
to provide accurate requirements,
disclose complete work scope,
maintain respectful communication,
and cooperate reasonably during sourcing and coordination.
Customers shall not:
directly hire Blinkcook candidates outside the platform,
misuse candidate information,
harass staff,
or engage in abusive conduct toward Blinkcook employees, candidates, or operational teams.
14. Communication Policy
Blinkcook reserves the right to:
restrict communication to official channels,
move communication to email-only mode,
or discontinue direct verbal coordination
in cases involving:repeated escalation,
abuse,
threats,
harassment,
or misuse of communication channels.
Official communication channels:
Official Blinkcook support numbers
Personal employee numbers are not official escalation channels.
15. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility shall be governed strictly as per the official Refund Policy available on Blinkcook.com.
Operational activities including:
sourcing,
screening,
RM coordination,
and candidate matching efforts
shall be considered during refund review.
16. Limitation of Liability
Blinkcook acts solely as a sourcing and matching assistance platform.
Blinkcook shall not be liable for:
candidate behavior,
resignation,
absenteeism,
theft,
misconduct,
salary disputes,
compatibility issues,
customer-candidate disputes,
or employment-related claims.
Customers hire candidates at their own discretion and responsibility.
Blinkcook’s total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer toward the subscribed service plan.
17. Privacy & Data Usage
By using Blinkcook services, users consent to:
operational communication,
WhatsApp coordination,
call support,
email communication,
and necessary information sharing for service fulfillment.

18. Governing Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Guwahati, Assam, India.
19. Policy Updates
Blinkcook reserves the right to:
update,
modify,
revise,
or replace
these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of Blinkcook services shall constitute acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
