Roles of Relationship Manager (RM)

A dedicated Relationship Manager (RM) is assigned to every service requirement. The RM conducts the candidate sourcing activity, which includes identifying suitable cooks/maids from Blinkcook’s registered database, contacting candidates, verifying their availability and preliminary suitability, and matching them with your stated requirements.

Once a suitable candidate is identified, Blinkcook conducts a preliminary screening and facilitates the exchange of contact details between the customer and the candidate through WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

The RM’s role is strictly limited to sourcing, shortlisting, preliminary coordination, and facilitating introductions. Blinkcook does not guarantee that any candidate will accept the job, attend the interview, join employment, or continue working after introduction, as these decisions depend solely on mutual agreement between the customer and the candidate.
