Refund Policy
- A refund will only be processed if the company fails to provide a single suitable candidate within the specified timeline of 7–21 working days.
- Following the first deployment or contract establishment, no refund will be issued. Genuine service issues will be addressed through replacement.
- If candidates are rejected by the client based on looks, age, or caste, the amount will be non-refundable.
- The trial is essential for evaluating candidates’ work. If candidates are rejected based on verbal communication during the trial, no refund will be provided.
- Refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days from the date of the request once the company’s timeline (7–21 working days) has concluded.
Replacement Policy
- Two replacements are allowed throughout the year in case genuine issues are identified during the service contract.
- The annual charge must be settled within two days of the candidate’s joining to prevent a breach of the service agreement and to be eligible for future replacements.
- At the time of replacement, the candidate’s current salary may not necessarily match that of the previous candidate. However, the salary will fall within the specified range outlined in the quotation.
- Failure to receive the annual charge within two days will result in automatic termination of the service without prior notice.
- Monthly salaries must be remitted to the company. If salaries are directly paid to the staff without our consent, the service agreement will be immediately terminated.
- The assigned tasks should align with the discussion at the time of registration. If a candidate leaves due to an excessive workload not previously discussed, no replacement will be provided, and the service will be terminated.
- No replacement will be offered in case a candidate departs due to untimely salary disbursement.
- If a candidate is deemed unsuitable after joining, including during the trial period, or if the candidate finds the workplace unsuitable, releasing the candidate by paying a partial salary allows for alternative options to be provided by the company.
- If the partial salary for a candidate is not received after they leave the premises, the company is not obligated to provide a replacement.
