Refund Policy

The service validity period is 7–21 working days from the date of successful payment and requirement confirmation.

👉 In both cases—whether Blinkcook is unable to provide at least one suitable candidate within the service timeline, or if the customer hires from another source matching the requirement—a refund will be processed after a ₹599 service fee deduction.

📌 General Conditions

  • A refund is applicable only if no suitable candidate is finalized through Blinkcook within the service timeline, OR if the customer hires from another source with matching requirements.
  • Once a candidate is deployed, trial is completed, or contract is established, the service is considered delivered and refund will not be applicable.
  • Refund requests must be submitted after completion of the service timeline.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days after approval.

⚖️ Fair Usage Policy

To ensure fair usage of the service:

  • Candidates should be evaluated based on work, experience, and suitability
  • Rejections based purely on non-work-related preferences may not be considered valid for refund eligibility
  • Trial is mandatory for proper evaluation of the candidate

If the customer appoints a cook or maid from another source, a refund can be claimed after ₹599 service fee deduction, provided the hired candidate matches the requirement submitted to Blinkcook.

🔍 Verification Requirements

The customer must provide:

  • Phone number of the cook/maid
  • Aadhaar card (front & back)
  • Salary details
  • Visits per day
  • Duration per visit
  • Work timing (if applicable)
  • Type of service (Cook / Maid / Both)
  • Meals required (if cook)

✅ Matching Criteria

The hired candidate must match:

  • Salary within agreed range
  • Same number of visits
  • Same duration
  • Same timing (if specified)
  • Same type of work

❌ Refund Will Not Be Applicable If

  • A suitable candidate has already been provided within the timeline
  • The hired candidate does not match the requirement
  • Required verification details are not submitted

💸 Refund Processing

  • Refund will be processed after ₹599 service fee deduction
  • Timeline: 10–15 working days after successful verification
